Started in April 1977, Environmental Techniques Corp. (ETC), has grown by providing honest, reliable and competitive residential and commercial services to the North Texas area. ETC is proud of our service to our customers. ETC, Trane's 2005 Light Commercial Dealer of the Year, started serving commercial customers and later began serving residential customers. Now ETC is a one-stop-shop for all of your commercial and residential HVAC needs. All of our technicians are licensed and certified. They are also background checked and drug tested. We offer a broad range of quality name-brand products that meet the customer needs and budget. We also offer maintenance and repair services to keep your air conditioning and heating system running perfectly.

In 1982 he began his work experience in project management and sales in the HVAC industry. General Manager ETC for Blue Dot Services Inc.

Responsibilities:
Commercial and residential project sales and management. Oversees project sales, planning, performance and customer relations

Ronald L. Keller - ETC Sales and Project Manager

A/C license and Universal refrigerant certification

Experience:
In 1970 began working in the HVAC industry. Has experience working as a field supervisor, estimating and design/build, residential and commercial installations, and sheet metal layout.

Started working in the HVAC industry in 1972. Experienced in sheet metal layout, installer and welding. Became a supervisor in 1982

Kimberly Houston - ETC Dispatcher

Dispatcher

Experience:
Started with ETC in November 2015. Has worked in the accounting field since 2000. Additional experience includes: Receptionist, administrative assistant, office manager, shipping and receiving, inventory control, collections, human resources, payroll and customer service.

Responsibilities:
Dispatcher, customer service, ordering parts, PMA, quoting repairs, shipping and receiving, warehouse materials and parts, setting appointments for sales, setting up jobs, maintains records of service history and makes invoices ready for receivables.

Wayne Cronk - ETC Controller

Education:
Bachelors of Science, General Electric's three year Financial Management Program, and many training classes and seminars from GE, Honeywell and Optek.

Experience:
Worked in accounting since 1967. Many positions held at General Electric, Honeywell and Optek including Controller, Mgr. Of Accounting, Mgr. Of Cost, Mgr. Of Employee Benefits, and various other individual contributor positions.

Responsibilities:
All accounting functions, human resources and information systems

Felisa Short - ETC Accounting Clerk

Certifications:
ACCA Basics of Heating and Air Conditioning, Mastering Microsoft Office and various lien law classes.

Experience:
Started with ETC in 1998. Has worked in the accounting field since 1996. Additional experience includes: Receptionist, sales assistant, administrative assistant, executive assistant, shipping and receiving, inventory control, liens, collections, dispatching, human resources, payroll and customer service.

Responsibilities:
Accounts receivables, accounts payables, prepare and file liens, collections, customer service, payroll, assist with human resources, inventory control, prepare and disseminate memos and correspondence, and assist with information systems. Cross-trained as a back-up dispatcher.
