ETC is open for answering questions and booking appointments Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 5:00pm. Phones are always answered LIVE by the office or by voice mail, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Emergency calls are dispatched to Service Technicians standing by when offices are closed.

ETC does not have a Service Call Fee or any other hidden fees. We do have a Diagnostic Fee, however. This fee is charged to you for a full diagnostic analysis of your system. We let you know UP FRONT the cost of the Diagnostic Fee. In some cases the fee will be waived, if you choose to have ETC repair or replace your system. ETC Service Technicians will always show you what is wrong with your system and what it will take to complete the job. You decide if you want the work done.

Preferred customer with one of ETC’s Maintenance Plans have no overtime rates and they receive preferred service scheduling. You can become a preferred customer by calling ETC and asking about our Maintenance Plans. We will help you enroll.

You will find that ETC is neither the least nor the most expensive in our market. ETC encourages you not to be a victim of over charges. You, your family and the comfort you deserve in your home or business is NOT TO BE NEGOTIATED OR MINIMIZED. ETC Service Technicians (for service and repair) and our Sales Personnel (for replacing old, tired, energy-guzzling systems) are some of the best in the industry. They will thoroughly diagnose your “comfort system” and recommend what is needed to maximize your comfort.
ETC’s overtime rate is based on the JOB, not by the hour!
In our years of experience, ETC has found that customers prefer an accurate price based on their exact problem or needs. Companies who offer phone quotes say they are subject to change once their Service Technician diagnoses the problem. ETC does NOT think that is fair to the customer. That is why ETC has STRONG service procedures – we will diagnose the problem for a small Diagnostic Fee. Then ETC’s Service Technicians give the system a thorough inspection to make sure the problem has not affected other components of your system. Once the diagnostic analysis is performed, you will be shown exactly what the problem is, what the solution is, and how much it will cost. Then, and only then, do you authorize the work to be completed.
ETC honors all manufacturer warranties on equipment. We offer full parts and labor warranties on hi-efficient equipment for up to 10 years. We take pride in our “No Quibble” guarantee–promising to fulfill and often exceed customer’s expectations!
ETC carries comprehensive insurance coverage on all workers, vehicles and equipment plus liability coverage for work done in your home or business. A certificate of insurance can be issued to you before work is done. In fact we highly recommend that you ask for one!
